Terms of use

This app is a personal, invite-only tool run by its admin at no charge for people they know. By using it you agree to the points below.

• Use your own account only, and keep your password to yourself.
• Use the app for managing your own tasks and schoolwork. Do not attempt to access other users' data, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
• The Canvas and AI integrations connect to services that have their own terms. Using those features means their terms apply to that traffic too.
• AI-generated plans, estimates, and chat replies can be wrong. They are suggestions. Your deadlines and grades remain your responsibility.
• The service is provided as is, with no warranty. It may change, break, or shut down; backups are best effort.
• The admin may suspend accounts that break these rules.
• Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
